- AVMA The American Veterinary Medical is the largest veterinary medical organization in the United States. You can find information about veterinary medicine and public health on their website.
- MVMA The Missouri Veterinary Medical Association website contains information for pet owners about veterinarian and animal health in Missouri.
- Humane Society of Missouri This is a wonderful website for anyone in Mid-Missouri looking for a new pet, pet care tips, or spay/neuter assistance.
- Dr. Sophia Yin An excellent website for training and behavioral assistance, including links to YouTube videos about dog training and behavior modification.
- Choosing a Responsible Breeder, Adopting a Shelter Dog, What First Time Puppy Owners Should Know These are nice starter guides of things that you should consider when you are thinking about getting a puppy.
- Heartworm Society Everything you ever wanted to know about heartworm disease can be found here!
- ASPCA Poison Control, Pet Poison Hotline These are websites for animal poison control services. They include a library, links to other sites, and phone numbers for poison control centers.
- USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service The USDA maintains this website with information on a variety of animal health related topics, including the latest news on such things as Mad Cow Diseases, foot and mouth disease, and many other things.
- Rainbow Bridge Anyone who has ever lost a pet should visit this wonderful site. It is a terrific tribute to our lost family members
- West Nile Virus This site is maintained by the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, and has the latest information on the spread of West Nile Virus in the US, as well as information on disease transmission, symptoms, etc.
- VIN Colleagues A list of some of our veterinary colleagues from the Veterinary Information Network (VIN).
- Missourianimals.org has link to veterinary care financial assistance for urgent or emergent care.
